Yes, Fridays make me happy. Pretty food also makes me happy, like this rather fetching salmon with watercress and pink grapefruit – I‘ve been wanting to post this for ages; yummy recipe and rather good pic too if i do say so myself 🙂
Would love to claim that this was my dinner last night – but it was nowhere near that sunny here, so some cabbage and bacon with sausages were my post-run supper. No pics – it wasn’t pretty food 🙂
