Peach wedges wrapped in Serrano ham with egg, avocado and baby plum tomatoes in basil dressing
Hungry but too hot to think of anything so rescued the leftovers from the fridge.
A little salad of baby spinach, cherry toms, Kalamata olives and a pesto dressing (pre-made pesto thinned with olive oil), with soft boiled egg, tuna and dill mustard. Yum 🙂
